Nail whitening methods:

  1. From time to time, do not polish your nails for several days.
When the nails are constantly covered with varnish they suffer.

  1. Toothpaste helps to improve the color of your nails.
Put some toothpaste and with a toothbrush rub your nails. Then leave the toothpaste on the nails for 5-7 minutes, then rinse the toothpaste with water. For best results, use a whitening toothpaste.

  1. Sodium solution (baking soda paste).
Soda baking solution is a great way to whiten your nails. Mix 2.5 teaspoons of baking soda with 1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide. You must have a homogeneous mixture.
Apply on your nails and under your nails. The procedure should be done 20-30 minutes. Then rinse with warm water.

Try this too.
Mix one tablespoon of baking soda with one tablespoon of lemon juice until obtaining a smooth mass. The resulting mixture is placed on the nail plate for 5 minutes. Rinse the mixture 5 minutes after application.

  1. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice to each nail.
Rub the drops on each nail for 30 seconds and rinse with water.
You can also dip your nails in lemon water for 10 minutes: 1 tablespoon of lemon juice mixed with one cup of cold boiled water.

The lemon juice, in this case, acts as a natural whitening agent. It helps to remove stains on the nails. To completely eliminate the yellowing of the nails, the procedure has to be done several times.

The lemon juice dries the skin and the nails, so after the procedure, apply a moisturizing cream. Or just smear your nails and skin with olive oil.
